Did you attend the International Convention in Vancouver this year? The Message would love to hear from you! The Message is your Intergroup 5 newsletter. We would like to publish a few articles from people in the Intergroup 5 service area sharing their experience, strength, and hope from the convention.

Have something amazing that happened? Were you wowed by the experience? Saw something that made you go ‘I have got to tell everybody about that!’ Please, tell us about it. We welcome any stories, experiences, funny moments, serious moments, and downright spiritual moments from the convention.

Dick M passed away on Jul 23rd. He was 91, with 63 years of sobriety. There will be a memorial at CASA on Saturday, July 28 @ 12:30. Feel free to bring snacks, hang out, and share your favorite story about the man who always said ‘It’s a great day to be SOBAH!’
