We are excited to announce the World Renowned Big  Book Workshop online, facilitated by Ed V and Trey M is returning!

In the spirit of rotation, we try to rotate the Intergroup 5 service positions every 2 years. These positions are vital to the success of our AA community. We recently welcomed Bridget C to the hotline coordinator service position.

Our Literature coordinator has been in their position for a little more than 2 years and would like roll off the position. This position keeps track of literature orders, fills the orders, orders new inventory from World Services, and maintains the literature store. This includes books, signs, racks, and pamphlets. When orders are placed, the literature coordinator puts the order together, and gets with the person or group ordering on a pick-up time. Most orders are picked-up at our storage facility, MRZ Storage.

Julia, our current coordinator, will train a new coordinator on the system (very user friendly), and the accounts. Intergroup 5 asks that people in this position have at least 2 years of sobriety. District 5 will host our Conference Delegate Lori P. for a pre-conference workshop. The workshop is our opportunity to learn about what the conference delegates will be discussing at their annual conference in New York.

The workshop will be held at Crawfordville group on Sunday, March 30, 2025 from 12-3.
